Fast Effective Helpdesk Support
1. Log into your client portal. If you have forgotten your username and password give us a call on 1800 505 767 and we will reset it for you. From here you can see the status of all support requests that you have logged.
2. Send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please be sure to put a brief description of your issue in the subject line and a detailed explanation along with your contact information in the message details. Our system will send you a confirmation email with your support request number for future reference.
3. Call our support line directly on 1800 505 767. This option is best for emergencies during business hours. Calling does not mean that you will receive quicker support than sending an email, or logging thru the portal as all support requests are worked on according to their level of priority (against all jobs in the system) and your service level agreement.
We can assist with some non Microsoft issues but YOU MUST log a call directly with the appropriate vendor (e.g. MYOB, BGL, Handisoft, etc) first.
The reason for this is because you know the software better than us (we don’t use it every day like you) and hence you are in the best position to pass on the correct information to the software vendor. Most of the time the issue is due to the software and not the network or your PC and you will be given a solution or work around by the vendor.
These vendors have their own response times that are different to ours and we have no control over there response times.
If you would like us to work with one of the software vendors on your behalf to resolve an issue, please provide us with a detailed description of the issue, any error messages and your reference number that was provided to you by the software vendor so we can follow it up for you and get it resolved.
To provide support we may need to access your PC. We have two different methods for doing this and the support technician will take you through the steps of the required method.
